A lovely debate on Macaroons or Macarons, My mum always had an Almond Macaroon with an almond decoration and rice paper underneath from our local baker as a kid so that's a Macaroon for me. The fancy ones with a filling are Macarons and I've never made either. I think the lack of rice paper has always held me back! I would never make them with coconut as it's just too bitty!Fab Food 4 Allhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15217079830264499053noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2989495098344372691.post-10607826361028365302014-10-25T10:53:58.351+01:002014-10-25T10:53:58.351+01:00They are soooooo sweet aren't they? Shame on M & S, as they should know better, but we had a grand old discussion about it!

I agree, Fanny has just thrown a spanner in the works and it was already a mess! Thank you for including me in your post and I love your take on the Macaroons!

I'm so happy I was able to meet you in person and look forward to your future posts! :) CCChristina | Christina's Cucinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12283573349146845971noreply@blogger.com
